01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "You") and 7ccc (hereinafter "7ccc", "We", "Us" or "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website accessible at https://7ccc.cam and any associated services, products, mobile interfaces and features offered by 7ccc.

By accessing the 7ccc website, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any applicable Special Terms, Bonus Terms, Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy referenced herein.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the 7ccc platform immediately. 7ccc reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

03 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the 7ccc platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the licensing jurisdiction applicable to you.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by 7ccc for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of a 7ccc employee.

04 Registration & KYC Verification

To create an Account you must provide accurate, complete and current information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information reasonably requested by 7ccc. You agree to promptly update your information if it changes.

One Account Per User. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the 7ccc platform. Multiple registrations by the same person — whether using different email addresses, device identifiers or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and Balances forfeited.

KYC Requirements. 7ccc is required to verify the identity of users before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• Government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank statement, screenshot showing account name)
• Source of funds declaration where required by compliance procedures

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 7ccc may result in restrictions being placed on the Account, including the suspension of withdrawal access. All documents submitted are processed in accordance with the 7ccc Privacy Policy.

05 Deposits

All deposits to your 7ccc Account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 7ccc does not accept third-party deposits. Depositing on behalf of another person is prohibited.

Available deposit methods are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change based on technical availability, operator policy and applicable legal requirements. Payment brand names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for informational context relevant to Pakistani users and do not constitute a guarantee that those methods are currently integrated or available.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• 7ccc does not accept deposits from credit cards where prohibited by the licensing jurisdiction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately; delays may occur due to third-party processing and are outside 7ccc's control.
• 7ccc does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the cashier section of the Platform once KYC verification has been completed and any applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible.

• 7ccc will process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. No guaranteed processing time is stated; consult the cashier for operator-specific estimates.
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of request.
• 7ccc reserves the right to request additional documentation before authorising a withdrawal request as part of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
• Withdrawal requests made while an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements is attached to the Account may result in the bonus being forfeited before the withdrawal is processed.
• Winnings from Bonus Funds are subject to maximum cash-out limits as specified in the relevant Bonus Terms.

7ccc is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank procedures or intermediary financial institutions. Users in Pakistan should note that domestic bank transfer timelines may vary by institution and are beyond 7ccc's control.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

7ccc may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets or other incentives to registered Users. All such offers are subject to specific Bonus Terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general provisions in this section. In the event of conflict between specific Bonus Terms and these general Terms, the specific Bonus Terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 20x, 30x or 40x the bonus amount, or deposit-plus-bonus amount) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active, a maximum single-bet limit typically applies (illustrative example: PKR 500–PKR 1,000 per round). Placing bets in excess of this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slots commonly contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute a reduced percentage (e.g., 10%–20%). Cricket and sports bets vary by promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire within the period stated in the specific Bonus Terms (commonly 7–30 days). Uncompleted wagering requirements are forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum Cash-out: Winnings generated from bonus play may be subject to a maximum withdrawable cap as stated in the specific Bonus Terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly permitted, only one active bonus may be held per Account at any given time.
• Bonus Abuse: 7ccc reserves the right to withhold, reverse or recalculate bonuses where patterns of abuse, arbitrage or exploitation are detected.

08 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 7ccc platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game, as displayed within the product interface. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• A bet is confirmed and legally binding once accepted by the system and a confirmation reference is issued. No bet may be cancelled or altered after this point except where expressly permitted by the product rules.
• 7ccc reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds, whether due to human error or technical malfunction, and shall notify the User accordingly.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure or disconnection during live play, 7ccc's records shall be the authoritative source for the outcome and shall take precedence over any client-side display.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed in the bet interface prior to placement.
• Cricket betting — including PSL T20 and ICC tournament markets — is subject to event-specific rules governing abandonments, walkovers, reduced-over matches and delayed play. Refer to the sports-betting rules section for full details.
• Live / in-play bets are subject to acceptance delays and market suspension at the operator's discretion. 7ccc accepts no liability for bets not accepted due to latency or market suspension.

09 Prohibited Conduct

Users of the 7ccc platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, balance forfeiture, reversal of winnings and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen, borrowed or fraudulently obtained payment methods.
• Multiple Account registration by the same individual, whether to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses or obscure identity.
• Bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional terms, low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee bonus conversion, or collusion between Users to share bonus benefits.
• Use of automated tools, scripts, bots or software designed to place bets, analyse odds or interact with the Platform in any manner not permitted by 7ccc.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to process, conceal or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. 7ccc is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities under its licensing obligations.
• Providing false information at registration or during KYC, including use of another person's identity documents.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using VPN software, proxy servers or any other technical method to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Match-fixing, insider betting or collusion in connection with any sporting event offered on the Platform.
• Harassment or abuse directed at support staff or other users via any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gambling

7ccc is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that enable Users to manage their play. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a means of generating income or solving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps directly from your account dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit may not be increased with immediate effect — a cooling-off period applies.
• Loss Limits: Configure maximum loss thresholds over specified periods.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on session duration.
• Cooling-off Period: Temporarily restrict Account activity for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-excluded Users may not register new Accounts during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing session duration and net play activity.

7ccc reserves the right to apply limits, restrict access or close an Account where, in the reasonable opinion of 7ccc, gambling activity indicates problem gambling behaviour. For further information and support resources, please visit our Responsible Gambling page.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7ccc platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of 7ccc or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution or transmission of any Platform content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of 7ccc.
• Modification, adaptation or creation of derivative works based on Platform content.
• Scraping, crawling or systematic extraction of Platform data by automated means.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any software element of the Platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7ccc, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Losses resulting from technical failures, internet service disruptions, server outages or maintenance windows beyond 7ccc's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the User's own breach of these Terms, including but not limited to ineligible bonus claims, use of automated tools or fraudulent activity.
• Losses arising from the User's failure to comply with applicable local law, including gambling restrictions in Pakistan.
• Decisions made by Users based on information presented on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or outdated.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 7ccc's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

13 Suspension & Termination

7ccc reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, Special Terms or applicable Bonus Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Reasonable belief that continued Account operation presents a risk of harm to the User due to problem gambling indicators.
• Legal requirement, regulatory instruction or court order.

Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance held in the Account will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, net of any amounts legitimately owed to 7ccc, except where forfeiture is warranted under these Terms (e.g., confirmed fraud). Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon closure.

Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting 7ccc support. Closure does not affect liabilities or obligations incurred prior to the closure date.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. 7ccc does not hold a Pakistani gaming licence and does not claim to operate under the authority of any Pakistani government body.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.

15 Amendments to These Terms

7ccc reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, a revised "Last Updated" date will be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the 7ccc platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

7ccc may — but is not obligated to — notify Users of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Absence of notification does not affect the validity of the amended Terms.
